I helped GN Netcom achieve Credit Grade “ A “ authorized by China Customs through successfully running operations of electronic components procurement, hazard materials’ import and export operation, ocean & air transportation, warehouse inventory balance. This project achievement resulted in a dramatic lead-time reduction among supply-chain.

It’s a manufacturing company producing crystal glass-touch-sensor panel for Apple & some European mobile phone brands. I am responsible for fulfillment of overseas orders, that includes material preparation ( Outsourcing and purchasing of electronic components----PCBA, connector, wire; testing and cutting machines; chemical materials. Evaluation of suppliers through on-spot factory reviewing, mechanical parts Technical Queries, as well ISO & vendor qualification process. Analysis of component cost structure. Negotiation of contract provision. ); warehouse inventor ( JIT on-line inventory, balancing amount between consuming components and semi- as well final products, regular inventory checking, backlogs package and delivery. ); declaration to Customhouse and other authorities ( Achieving approvals from Customs to build bonded factory and percentage range of domestic sale in China as well requisite authorized papers before shipping. Classifying cargos’ impost according to China Commodity Tariff Brochure. ) Quite familiar to documents such as EQ, FAIR, ECO, Contract, L/C, B/L, Air waybill, warehouse inventory report. Furthermore, I was fully involved into the progress of CEC parts Engineering Change (ECO) phase in/phase out project for Apple’s I-phone between Apple Inc. and its first-layer as well second-layer vendorsMy incumbencies: 1) Outsourcing suppliers ( including establishing yearly steel procurement quota with manufacturers such as New Nippon Steel, Taiwan Chinese Steel, China Baosteel ); 2) Coordinating between overseas suppliers and Philips R & D project team; 3) International transportation arrangements; 4) Declaration to China Customs as well as balancing consuming components between importing materials and exporting final products then recording onto logbooks issued by China Customs.
